I wouldn't mind wearing an uniform, but I prefer choosing my own clothes. They're more comfortable, and sometimes they also look better. Anyway, appearance isn't important for me, so as long as they're comfortable, uniforms are fine.

yes, comfortable is the most important. But uniform is too large for some students and too small for another. It is difficult to fit everyone.

I think in special occasion students should wear uniforms to present the image of the school while we should respect students' characteristics and allow them show their individuals' images. And today more and more schools choose to not asking students wear uniforms which most likely to meet my opinion. In China, most of the primary schools and middle schools ask students wear uniforms but college and university do not.

In China, most of the city school ask the students to wear the same clothes.

Students - Students in uniform
I would prefer to wear uniform if I were a student. It does not just look nice but it gives students some kind of decency if they are in uniform. If they are allowed to wear just civilian clothes, chances are they will abuse this liberty and would wear clothes inappropriate for the school. So I think students should be in uniform.

I refer wearing of uniforms since it is a real hassle to always think of what to wear in going to school every single day.. Our school has wash days though, on Wednesday and Saturday- we can wear casual clothes at that time.

I prefer that the students wear uniforms. That way, it will be easy to detect the non-students from the students. It is also cheaper , neat and dignified looking if they have uniforms. The students will not have a hard time choosing their clothes in the morning if they have uniforms.

That's right. The students wear the same clothes,we can detect which one is a student.

I don't like uniforms.Schools already devoted a lot of time to make students think alike. They now even want them look alike.

It is too simple .It is not nesseary to wear the ame uniforms unless the school has important activities.

the school i attended don't require a uniform for our college and i like it because students are able to express themselves through the way they dress and can wear clothes that can be comfortable for them.

Uniform , as you can still search in the internet , Uniform is the thing that can be described as "Having always the same form, manner, or degree; not varying or variable; unchanging; consistent; equable; homogenous " . So in order to treat everyone as same , uniform has been introduced .

True, uniforms are very useful and those students must wear it. The problem is, students nowadays don't like to use it.

Well if you think about it, uniforms work pretty well with the school. You buy 3 - 5 shirts and that will pretty much last you the whole school year. If you didn't have uniforms though, there will always be that one kid who doesn't have enough money to buy the cloths the "cool" kids are wearing. Thus leads to being made fun of or being exiled from the other groups. The smart thing to do though, as my school does, is have uniforms from Monday - Thursday and then on Friday you have no uniform! Isn't that a great idea though?

I feel the uniform to the students necessry. It makes them feel all are equal and crates good environment. I think for the college going students it is not necessary as the children are matured ones. However, uniform indicates equality among the children.

students must look like 'students'..and in order they must wear uniforms..students are always known for their uniforms...you can figure out a bunch of guys as 'students' by looking at their similar uniforms. the most important thing wearing uniform is that it represents UNITY among the different guys..it teaches the guy how to represent UNITY.it gives a great lesson regarding unity. being on the funny side of it,,you do not have to keep a headache about what to wear everyday when you go to school or college.

It is normal. The students can wear uniforms if the school has activities, but if the school has no activities,it is not nessesary to wear the uniforms.
