What is the status of vcbux?

I am a member of vcbux and reached the payout limit of $2 also. But when I go for request for withdrawal I was asking to try later. Can anybody tell me what's wrong with vcbux? Do the payments have been stopped? Or the site become scam?

They have financial problem since they under old management. I was lucky because I receive my payment two days before the old management sold the site. Under new management, vcbux is not going better. I think they really turn to scam already. New management can not fix their problem.
