It's neither right or wrong. Choosing to drink is an individual drink. However if you choose to drink for the wrong reasons then I feel it becomes wrong.

depends on how much you drink in any given day. don't drink a whole bottle in a day, like a 1/2 gallon !!! enjoy it and save some for the next day.
