Do you classify your friends - like bestfriends / acquaintance friends?

Good day to all,
I believe all of us here in my lot has its own set of friends. That, each one of us has a lot of friends to call. That, there are times, we cannot able to arrange some schedules how to accommodate all of our friends.
Since, you have a lot of friends, do you also classify them just like what I am doing. That, I categorised them according to how and why they became my friends. As I classify and categorised them like "bestfriend and closest friends, acquaintance friend, mutual friends and not so close friends.

Yes, I do but I don't have a list. I don't have a list that labelled them as best, close or mere acquaintance. I personally know them all, treat them accordingly. Friends do come and go and only those that remain are considered closest and best friends. A mutual friend now can be a future best friend and I don't get this possibility in my dealings with friends.

yeah sometimes yeah i do. and i feel everyone does it.every feels that he\she should be friendly with everyone but i think its just not possible.one cant be friend of all.
friend of all is actually a friend of none.because one wants his best friend to stand and help him\her when in need.
so i like doing this classification and it gives the idea to your friends also that to whom you are very close.

Hi airasheila!.
I think I tend do the same with you. There are few very valuable friend because they still there when you are in lowest point of your life and offer a help even when you not asking.
I means in this world they are so many friend who suddenly remember you when they had trouble but never there when you need them most. Its made a true friend really valuable especially the one who do you think had connection with you, the one who know you are sad even when they not see you.

I do classify friends in real life in my mind but I don't show them or tell them what they fall under though..
Where are you doing this? On mylot? I didn't know you could if you are.

I just joined mylot one hour ago, so I haven't had any friend here.
but in real life, I categorize friends as best friends, good friends, ordinary friends, and acquaintance. this category is mostly based on how much time I spend with them, how much personal stories I share with them, and how much we influence each other on decisions of daily things such as study, eat outside, play computer games, swim, viewpoints about politics, economy, religion, etc.

yeah, I do classify them. I don't want to have a best friend though. It has a different story. Anyways, I classify them not because I don't like some of them or perhaps because if I dont know much about the other person, as much as possible ... I don't want to think so higly of myself. And also, it's not nice if others will think that I think I am actually close to them. Well ... let's just make it as friends to make it more not so selective. Hehehe!

I am not active here in mylot due to my school time,and i don't have much friends here too.
I can say that i have few friends here that i know personally so they're the one i can consider my close and best friend.
I am still looking enough time to do mylotting.
