GE X500 - Potentially the best camera for a blogger

Cameras are getting more and more cost efficient nowadays and I just found a fantastic product called the GE X500. A Bridge Camera for the masses. I recently got hold of the GE X500 during a birthday party. I had already read about the GE X500 and I knew what to expect. It looks like an SLR but it's really more of a point and shoot camera with SLR capabilities. Hence the name, Bridge Camera. With it's small size, it'll be easier to bring along on short trips. The image quality isn't so bad either, just don't expect much. Now here are some specs for this awesome little camera: 16 Megapixels 15x Optical Zoom 27mm Wide Angle lens you can also adjust the aperture and shutter speeds and it has some scene modes too. Another thing is, you can adjust the ISO up to 3200 so low light settings won't be much of a problem. I tried to get a bad shot out of it by deliberately shaking while taking a picture or making sudden jerky movements. Everything came out clear and crisp, thanks to Image Stabilization. Maybe I need to test it out some more. This will come in very handy for any blogger who wishes to bring along a camera on the road. Oh and did I mention the price? This is one of the most cost efficient camera in the market today.
