There are lots of people in the world who are living each at the highest point of happiness. If we look at their habits which make them happy, firstly, they may chose to be happy, under any circumstances. Secondly, they spend time on what they love to enjoy doing. Thirdly, they work hard for reaching their goals. They are open minded and enjoy every moment. One should practice these things to be happy ever. What do you say?

Happiness comes from different places, different sources. It's really a matter of choice and a mindset. Once we choose to be happy and do things that we love and enjoy doing then, happiness would soon come naturally. It's more of having that positive outlook and seeing things in a different light even if every body thinks that every thing is going wrong. Happy people do not dwell on any negative thoughts or situations. They seek solutions and they never see problems as burdens but as challenges. We can be happy in our own way and doing what we do best and what our hearts really want us to do is a way of making us happy as well.

The happiest people are doing the things that they enjoy and having a satisfying time in life. They reach their goals in life and enjoy every day that they are alive. They have a happy and postive mind set. They don't let poor weather dampen their spirits. They rise above misery when a problem occurs. Some hobbies are easy to fit into life like reading, writing, doing art work, walking and cycling. Money is needed to do things like horse riding, traveling to different countries and going to the movies. My top hobby is traveling to different countries and that makes me happy.

Evey one's happiness can come from a different place. We don't all have the same source for what brings us peace and joy. For some it can be a simple pleasure or smallest gesture. for others it has to be something on a grander scale that will bring us the happiness we seek,.

I believe the key to happiness varies from person to person. I do, however, believe, that you must make a conscious decision to live a happy life. Goal attainment certainly helps along the way. For me personally, knowing that I am dooing good for others or helping others in one way or another provides happiness for me. Children can also be a source of happiness, though not for everyone. My son is amazing and makes me so happy every day when I see him grow and change - he is 2 and a half. :-)

I agree with the first response. Happiness comes from a variety of perspectives. One might say that having a simple life is the way to happiness... contentment. Others would say that reaching a goal after going through a lot of hard work makes them very happy. Some might even say that just being on top makes them happy. In my opinion, the habits of the happiest people in the world are based on love and passion for what they do and want to do. Being unable to do something you would want to die doing makes you feel incomplete. In the end you would still want to do it, and when you're already at a point where you're unable to do so, then you'd feel regretful. That's sad.
