Ask yourself this question. Am I real with my friends or do I tell little white lies to make them or myself feel better? hmmmm...

Oh gosh I am as real as it will get. We should not tell white lies, why? It is not easy to keep up with them and will look untruthful.
I carry the idea that I treat others exactly the way I too expect to be treated. 
As for feeling better, it only comes when we understand one another and I am completely satisfied I did all I could.

Yes you are right but sometimes these rules are hard to follow.
