Well, now that Ashley has accepted responsibility for the wreck and Abby is awake, I wonder how many times that Ashley will tell the lie about driving until Abby realizes that she is covering for her. Do you believe that Ashley is going to go to jail for trying to kill Tucker? I do.

It is a soap so there will be a lot of angst and going on about the whole thing but in the end no one will spend much time in jail over it. It all was fairly stupid. What is Tucker doing standing in the middle of the road that his car being parked there has already made more narrow; is phone reception that much better in the middle of a road than on the side? If Abby's was going so fast and Diane was behind her, just how fast did Diane have to go to be in the position to see the accident?

All totally true! This was all because Abby wanted her mom and Tucker apart. I wonder what would have happened if Diane had been at the cabin with Tucker?

Well, she is not really the one covering it up. However, you are right that she fits right in with the rest of the bunch of kids and the things that they have been charged with.

stealthy and Leeloo - you guys are hilarious....true and correct, but hilarious! Yep Abby is following in the Newman footsteps for sure! It was getting really old, stupid and not even "soapy" believable for Victor and Adam to always be the ones going through the revolving door at the jail! Guess even the writers got tired of that!
Abby can't keep her mouth shut so she'll figure it out eventually and then tell. But Daddy will be there to pay off as needed and she'll not see the inside of a jail for very long!
