I am in USA now. I find the site takes a longer time today to accept responses and also to access different topics. May be it is a surmise I am having. How do you find it in your place wherever you may be? pl react.

I am assuming you are now in a different time zone, different not by only an hour or two but by, perhaps, several hours. This change in time zone may have an effect on the loading time of web pages.
As we all know the world is divided into time zones, day in one place can be night in another at the most extreme of those differences. We think what can this have to do with cyberspace? The answer is quite a bit.
There is the issue of the ISP server which provides your service, how many are accessing it's bandwidth at any given time, the bandwidth issue has nothing to do with the site any one individual is accessing, but the over all amount of 'space' available for use at any given moment.
There is the issue of server for the site, the host server. The speed which it is able to accept signals from other systems, again bandwidth, and of course how many systems are attempting to access it at any given time.
For myself, sadly I am on a cable server which leaves much to be desired. While it is faster than dial up it is not the premiere server which I would wish for...it's either this or dial up for myself in the location I am at...DSL or satellite is not an option for me. So I am finding the loading times to be about average for this area.
By no means am I expert on anything to do with computers or the internet, but the above was explained to me by someone who is, in just that manner.

Well, the site is taking a little longer to load than usual nowadays. However I dont think there is a lot of delay. It's just minor.
