Difference between general and express music edition mobile phones

Hello, Do you know what is the difference between the phones with general version and music edition version ? Say N73 and N73 music edition. As far as I know all cell phones has music player so is there little or much difference between the two ? Will I get any difference ? What do you say ? Are Xpress Music phones any better in sound quality than those which ones don't have 'music edition' ?
