How to encash my Adbrite paycheck?

i just got my first payment from Adbrite and now I'm having a hard-time looking for a way to encash it. Someone suggested to me to open a dollar account but i don't have enough money to open a dollar account.
is there any other way to encash my Adbrite paycheck in Philippines?

My mother en cashed her check through the money changer. You have to find a Money Changer that will encash it. It is rare but I know some do encash dollar checks.
