Bananas for snack

I have decided to eat a banana or two whenever I feel hungry in between meals. Banana is a very healthy fruit. I'm not really in to eating fruits but I will first try with a banana. Hopefully I would love it that I will also continue to eat different kinds of fruits. Please advise if you know other benefits that we can get from eating bananas.

Hi feeltheirie! I ate banana as for my snack. I usually add whipped cream on top of it. I like those big Cavendish bananas, my favorite. I don't know about the specific benefits of banana but I know it is really healthy. Since I started eating more bananas, I don't have pimple breakouts anymore.

I like bananas also. It is said that bananas offer us energy. Recently I buy bananas and apples and cut them into pieces and then mix them with yogurt. It tastes much better to me. Fruits of any kind, I suppose, are good to our health. But I feel regretful that the prices for fruits are much higher than they used to that we cannot have as many fruits as we used to.

When i was still going to the gym, i used to eat banana everyday so that i won't experience cramps. And it really worked on me. I hope you continue to eat banana, it's good for your health.

Bananas are rich in potassium and Vitamin C, and other nutrients. I was told by my doctor that instead of an Apple a day, it should be changed to banana. So we have a new saying: A banana a day keeps the doctor away. I, most of the time encourage my son to eat banana, so he can have strong bones.It also keeps me from eating too much, especially when I'm hungry.

Banana is one of many fruits that I like. The following are the benefits of bananas from a source that I have ever read: 1. Power Source. 2. Good for pregnant women. 3. Good for Anemia patients. 4. Can help the healing of intestinal and stomach diseases. 5. Good for patients with lever. 6. Useful for treating diabetes. 7. May setting Body Weight.

I think you should try to eat different fruits along with banana. It is always good to have banana as snacks rather than fried snacks and the snacks from the bakery. I think it is okay to have occasional fried snacks. I think fruits and vegetables are the healthiest food that comes natural for us in our life.

I once watched on TV that bananas are one of the healthiest fruits in the world. It contains a lot of nutrients and some say it is actually more nutritious and healthier to eat than apples. I believe in that. So keep it up.

What I know of is to eat a banana can cause a sense of calm in our mind, try if you stress and a lot of minds when eating a banana would be a quiet, bananas also contain vitamin c good for digestion, but not a lot to eat to excess is not good for our stomachs.

Banana is one of my favorite fruit. I eat it regularly. It is said that bananas have more energy than any energy drink. Apart from that I have constipation problem, for which my family doctor has suggested me to eat 3 to 4 bananas daily.
