why indians are not allowed to registe in most of the online money making sites.

I have seen many money making sites so far.. ptc,survey sites,data entry sites and many more. Most of the sites not allow indian to register. Some sites which allow like "survey head" don't have survey for indians. Cashcrate pay only for uk referral not for indian referral. That is not good for indians, where they find to get apportunity of making money online. I just saw a site till now like "mylot" which pay to indians. I want answer from US mylot members and from indian mylotters.
