HAARP caused earthquakes and climate changes

Have you all read those articles about HAARP as initially something to help scientists,meterologists, vulcanologists for so many reasons? And now it seems that this same equipment is being used as weapon of mass destruction?
I was just shocked to read for the first time, headlines saying "They" have something to do with the earthquake in Haiti and Japan and who knows what else.They can even alter climate conditions so they can create tornadoes and hurricanes.
But if it is true, why would they do that.Politics? Economics?
Doomsday ..man-made doomsday is what we will have.
If this is true..Be afraid..be very afraid.

Absolute nonsense. HAARP is not a weapon, nor can it be used as a weapon. It cannot change or create weather, nor can it alter the climate. It cannot create earthquakes, tsunamis or any of the other ridiculous claims I have seen on the internet. It isn't even a government or military facility, it is a university research facility.
