I am wondering if any members of mylotters from NON US, Canda and Australian and Europe can answer this. Does paypal accept your own bank in your country with a Visa sign on it ot verify your Paypal account? For instance, in my country one bank offers a services of Debit card with a Visa sign that used anywhere in the world, can this be accpeted by Paypal? Paypal is not serviced in my country and I am very angry that it will get so much time before I get my payout from mylot.

Where are you at? You will know for sure by asking the bank you have if they are linked with Paypal. Further, you could also write paypal through email and ask what bank is linked to them in your country. If you're in the Philippines, they only accept Unionbank EON.

Ok if your bank unable to accept paypal, not problem you can use your money in paypal account through purchasing online whatever you want and pay it from your paypal account. In such case no need to verify your account I think soo... see you around

this is not allowed in India now. We have to ask paypal to credit all the moneys received into our bank account. May be in Papua New Guinea you are permitted to use the paypal balance for purchase transactions. Verify. have a good day

Actually if you can see in paypal site you will check all the country which bank can be used for receiving and sending payment (including accepting paypal tranfer and withdrawing). If you are in Philippines one bank Unionbank (via Eon Card). However, the debit card now in your hand, try to contact the bank itself and ask if they are accepting paypal account... that is the best thing you do... see you around

i think yes. my country residents can't have money in paypal, we can only pay via it, using linked cards, not receive. But it of course easily accepted any card that i gave him. and very quickly. Any legit card, even virtual are accepted by paypal as far as i know. hope this helps

Thanks, I think this answer my query. I worked for some internet based company and they paid through my paypal account and it never come on so that means I can not be paid because I am not serviced by paypal in my country, is this true?
