breaking rules without getting caught

Sometimes we really feel bored at work and we don't feel like doing our job. When I'm in such situation, I go to the toilet and text my friends. Cellphones are not allowed in the office. How about you? What's your favorite way to waste your time without getting caught?

I would feel guilty wasting time even if I were never caught. You might want to be careful, there are possibly some out there who would be happy to do your job, and you can't be absolutely positive you will never be caught.

When I feel bored, I need some "distractions" to keep me awake and alert. Yes, going to toilet and freshen up is a good idea but i don't call it wasting of time. It's a needed break to keep you going effective at work. Some people they sit still on their desk but not really being efficient or productive. I have problems with being "caught" because I want to be honest in every way. So if I feel like really bored and don't feel like doing my job, which happens normally to everyone, I would go somewhere in the office, relate to my workmates, or communicate to others any exciting topic related to the work. Drinking a glass of water (or coffee if allowed)would be great.
