why do u respect someone?
Because of their good qualities right?Like honesty,wisdom,love,talent,behaviours.
But all these change in time.And when they change,you loose respect.You only respect greatness.
One doesnt need to be great in order yo be respected.Respecting life itself makes u great. Isnt it?

I believe we are respecting a person whenever he/she has the good traits like being honest, trustworthy and so on. It is hard to respect a person whenever he/she is arrogant, rude and have no manners at all. Respect is all not imposed so if we really to be respected we must really do about it.
In my case I have lose respect to my former boss because I thought he is a person with integrity but unfortunately he is a failure who is fooling other people.

This is true.We loose respect of people who behave selfishly and try to irritate people by their certain specific behaviour.They should be given the taste of their own medicine.
