sleeping

I have had some trouble sleeping in the past few weeks and I am not sure why. I have had a nightly routine for a long time, but it doesn't seem to help much. What do you do to help you sleep at night? Do you have any suggestions?

If you are in a bed and unable to sleep, then do anything for the time being, like reading novels,articles or news. Do any kind of work and when you feel sleepy, do any relaxation technique to fall you asleep. I think this was the coolest way. Try this. Happy Mylotting.
