Quick Appetizers

Hi, I'm new here at my lot and this is one of my first questions. I hope I can get some good answers from the community here. I am a working mom, and occasionally I am asked to bring appetizers for kiddie parties. Since I'm very busy, I would end up simply buying dumplings or hotdogs on sticks for kids. I think I should do better, since these are not really the healthiest choices to serve to kids. Can you make some good suggestions for appetizers for kids that are easy to make?
