My Nokia C5 was empty battery and I was charged it for a while. From the time I finished charging my phone and about to open it to use it again. I received a messages when I was about to transfer it to my created folder. All the messages that are precious and saved was ALL GONE.
Just like my phone was been reset. ZERO folder. ZERO saved folder. What only remains to me is my Template. I have to create and build a folder and memories from scratch.
I path my phone message to my Memory Card, I checked/scan my memory card I only have 6KB wherein the last time I check it was almost 127 MB already.
Do you also encounter this on your Nokia C5 phone?

that this kind of weird that all of the messages were wiped out . Sometimes it does happen but I don't know why it does happen . Maybe you can contact the Nokia center locally as I have done so before to get some help for my Nokia phones . One time a problem was the icon for the messages was deleted . Although they have said that default icon would not be deleted even by mistakes .but after some instruction given on the phone and some trials we were able to bring back the message icon. I was using Nokia 5230.

What I'm saying is that you can call their customer service . You can find the number on the booklet provided inside the box that comes with the phone.

Well maybe there's a virus in your handset that wipe out everything in it? It's possible because i have heard of such similiar cases before. There's nothing u can do about it, since your saved messages are all gone. U can only send the handset back to nokia, telling them what happened. If they are kind enough, they will replace u with a new one, if not, wait for repairs.. haha =D

I also have a C5 but I've never seen at my phone something like that or on any phone.. The only explanation could be an error of the operating system that went to a factory reset..
