Are you aware that each one of us have a body clock or an internal biological clock. The biological clock controls the natural rhythyms of life including when to get up or when to get hungry. When you get sleepy your biological clock is telling you that your body is tired. Jet Lag occurs when we change the rhythyms of our bodies in a long airplane flight and our internal clock mixed up. Your internal body clock can also be programmed that's in times that you neeed to wake up early or sleep really late. So what will happen if it malfunction?...

if you mean like the timing of your day - your sleeping times would be very erratic.

Experience wise, I do agree.
