On the palm side of my hand, the veins in my fingers hurt. I'm really not sure what triggered it. I feel it hurts more when I'm doing the dishes or cooking. The blue vein is kinda popping, although my fingers are not swollen. Does this happen to you? Any cure? Thanks!

I am not sure if it is the same thing, but sometimes a vein in my fingers will hurt. It kinda pops out and is blue, but it is usually a finger. It usually happens if I did something to strain or hurt my hands and it goes away in a few hours. I don't really do anything to cure it. The only thing I do sometimes is put something cold on it.

you should alternate hot and cold. it speeds up the blood circulation helping the pain go away

usually its a strain, you get more hand strain if you are Vitamin B-complex deficiency. but i am in no position to recommend taking the Vitamins, but it will sure work.
