Okay so i love comedies, i hate bad acting - do not find it funny
i like some mysteries and i like well acted science fiction

Try 3rd rock from the sun, it's a comedy and a really funny one, it's also science fiction because all the characteres are aliens that are incognito on Earth, they're goal is to study and understand humans.
The main actor plays briliantly, he is very good, it's JOhn Lithgow http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001475/
