Though I have no idea about what kind of jobs are open to immigrant in Italy, yet there are a lot of English training centers in China. Therefore native English speakers with good education have a lot of chances to get such a job as to teach English, especially spoken English. Also so far as I know, this kind of job is also offered to people whose country has English as an official language. Anyway, I wish you good luck to get more information about the jobs you expect. Take care, naijia.

                    I am in Italy.
Do you have a friend or relatives that you could visit in Italy? You do not say where you live now but if it is outside Europe, all you need to visit a friend is a passport.
"Italian work permits must be sponsored by an Italian company. They cannot be applied for directly by a potential employee or by an agency."

Once you are in Italy you look for a job. When you find one and start it, you can then apply for a 'permesso di soggiorno' which will be renewed each time for as long as you have a job there.

I stay in Nigeria. I do not have a friend or relatives in europe. I am thinking of a tourist visa but I do not think that will give me a permit to work in europe.
