Earlier, I was set to get a "pick up" package at the JRS express. When I got in to their Main branch office, I was surprised to see that they are still using the "manual" way when it comes to their records and etc. Compare to the LBC/Air 21 and most of the freight companies, I think they're the only ones left who is still into manual. Though at times they are delayed, I prefer their services most of the time because they are cheaper. LBC's progress is really amazing. They are almost into everything - from freight to money remittance and now to having their own bank. Air 21 is my next choice if ever I need some documents sent overnight. I really like their services. How I wish I could be one the employees in this company. What about you guys? Do you still like the JRS Express services even though they have been left behind by other couriers such as DHL/LBC/Air 21?

Oh my super reliable courrier is AP Cargo. It is not so expensive as LBC and the rest. My package comes the day after it was sent. So far , so good.

Hi, doris. I haven't tried with AP Cargo yet. They have one office here in Cebu but's very far from my place. Good to hear good feedbacks from you. Might as well give their services a try someday. Thank you for your response, D.

JRS is indeed affordable. I've been using their services for years now and I am still satisfied with how they work even though they aren't as high tech as the other couriers now.

this week, i sent a box containing documents to indonesia. i surveyed the prices of three courier companies. and i found out that FedEx is the cheapest among the three. the other two are JRS and LBC. my experience when i send documents locally, i have good experience with air21. i like this kind of competition among these courier companies because they can really offer quality service to the customers.

I really love Air 21's services. Their staff is very friendly and they have succeeded to be the local Fed Ex here in the Philippines. I haven't experienced sending documents or any internationally but I am glad to know Air 21 gives you the price that you need and is affordable.

Before Air21/FedEx come to known in our country I used LBC but when Air21 arrived I am convince to their service since 10 years already. All of my important documents and cargoes are sent through Air21. I read some bad feedback about LBC cargoes specially from outside Philippines. I never tried any transactions from LBC here in Middle East so the doubt still in my mind. Hi, Hulyo. The links that you have in your response seems like traumatic experiences from LBC. I had a transaction with LBC before and I haven't experienced any pending transactions when it comes to them. Maybe they have improved their services.

we use JRS most of the time for local packages, i agree that it is somehow pre-historic because they dont really use high tech and i can also say that JRS is more affordable. i also observe that AIR 21 is very advance when it comes to technology because they have this touch screen mini computer that you will sign too when you need to receive a package. i saw that first at japan and now i see it only at Air 21. but my wife found a new door to door agency which is better than all of that. it is called Metrowide Courier Express, all we did was search the site on the net, called their number and they will be the one to pick the package that you want to sent right on your doorstep. you dont have to go outside and affordable too. my wife enjoys this door to door for she can mail her packages locally by just calling them and waiting for the pick-ups to arrive. very convenient. my wife does not enjoy LBC that much she said its expensive.

Hi, 7. I did make a research on Metrowide Courier Express and sadly, they are still not yet available here in Cebu. Their same day free pick up delivery is only available in Manila. It is indeed convenient since they'll be the ones to pick it up your package. You don't have to spend for your fare or for gasoline in your vehicle in bringing the package to their office since they will be the one to go to your place. More power to them and I hope they make it big.

Well, I guess that's the reason why their services are cheaper than their competitors. If they're still doing it the manual way, I guess they can't afford yet to upgrade. If the speed of service is the same as their competitors then I don't think it's that urgent to upgrade.
