Cannot upload my pictures here again

Last week, I was trying to upload some of my pictures but I was prompted by the link below under the description for photo box that I have reached a maximum photo upload it says "you have reached your photo upload maximum. please try again later" so I just consider it doing next time and now, I was about to upload my pictures and I still have the same message below, where in fact, I was not even able to upload any single picture aside from my avatar. What's wrong with mylot?
