Punishment for Rapist

Hi. I would like to ask how u can punish a rapist? I would put a board hung on his neck, in which it would be written which girl he had raped and also written "I'm Rapist". Then i would stand him in the traffic signal in presence of police and order him to clean the roads. In this way he will get so much humilated that he might not again do this work. Cheers.

for me if i will choose the punishment for the rapist,i think its better if the punishment is killing or the mercy killing and electrical chair,so that all who have plan to rape will be scared to the punishment when they will be caught in action.
