Back Breaking

I have been a cleaner for too many years and have been suffering with my back for a few years now..
Phsyiotherapist has not been happy with me as all the exercise i do at home is being undone with the cleaning job i do.. I have been looking for a new job and it either means back into cleaning or unable to take the job as dont have the experience or qualifications needed.
What would you do..?
Quit work and hope to find a new one?
Wait till you find a new job then quit?
It is all for my health so have ot think of that more then anything else..

I don't know how it is for jobs in your area, but it is a bit difficult here. And I don't know if you can work through pain some more, but in my case, I would hold off on quitting until I find a better job.
That's just me. I wouldn't be able to stand the uncertainty of not having a means of living.
Anyway, I hope you find a new job quickly, whether you quit or not.

Hello Rita! You got a very difficult situation there and I hope it won't get you into depression. I really don't know what I should do if I were in your case, but if health is the real concern then I think I'd quit my job and find an alternative. If I cannot work at the moment then I'll guess I'll try to find another source of income.
I've never been in such a difficult situation before and I hope you could resolve it as soon as possible. Don't forget health is wealth!

I am still working through it and looking into different jobs.. But therapist is not happy with my lack of progress and so the change of work will help alot really. I doubt I will get into depression im too loved up right now lol!! ;)
Right now I am working on different ways to eanr online.. ro2 being hte main thing right now.. Hoping to make something better from there and then be able to put towards my wedding.. :D fancy helping me with PTP there? could do with the help xx
