I drink Herbalife everyday. What's your daily supplement?

I weigh 55kgs. It used to be 52, but I am not bothered. I don't hesitate to eat, anything. But I do watch what I put in my mouth. My husband and I, we opt for the healthier options. Like instead of putting sugar in our coffee, we use honey instead. We eat home-cooked meals and prefer not to use MSG. We take omega-3 supplements. And we take our daily food supplement, which is Herbalife, everyday. Let's face it, with all the quick foods available in the market, we really do need to watch for our diets, for us, and our children as well. How about you guys? What supplements do you take?

Hi Beingwell, Nice discussion topic! Actually, I try to take less supplements and eat more fresh food if possible. I used to take vitamin C supplements on a daily basis, but then I dropped it later and started making fresh juice few times a week. I can tell the differences after drinking juices, I feel refreshed in the morning and more energetic throughout the day.

Yeap, that's right! Fresh juices and fresh veggies are the way to go nowadays. But still, I recommend taking supplements since most of what we eat today are fed with fertilizers and pesticides. Also, it's good to have daily exercise. 15-30 minutes a day would definitely go a long way. That's my 2cents at least. hihi

I do take organic applecider vinegar with honey. These combination really helps my body lose weight and helps regulate my bowel movement. Together with these, I take products from a well known networking here which is the Unlimited Network of Opportunities. Their products like Ultima C and Prime Juice really helps the body be energized and far from sickness. :-)

I am resolving to eat healthier now... I like eating out with my hubby at restos... but lately I have been thinking of switching to healthier recipes. My prob is I don't know anything about healthy cooking and perhaps it is more complex.

Hi candy! I'm not a good cook myself. All I do is try, haha! Anyway, you can start by cooking with a healthier type of cooking oil. We use oil from rice bran. We only use olive oil for pasta dish. We can also switch to brown or red rice instead of white rice. I mix them all in our meals. 3 parts brown, 2 parts red and 1 part white. When cooking sausages and hotdogs, try steaming them instead of frying for lesser cholesterol intake. These are just simply things to start with. I hope this helps.
