If one is self-motivated, the percentage of failure can be minimized or totally erased. Self-motivation drives one to be committed to his work thus commitments too plays an important role in attaining success. If one is properly motivated to be committed,then I guess every thing will go with out failure.

yes. Self motivation is very much required for one to move from one level to another. It is because while others motivation will encourage us, it may be difficult for us make others motivate - one because not all are generous enough to share appreciation --we may not know what the other person likes.Under this context it is easy for us to perform better when we motivate ourselves. Self motivation should be to an extent it doesn't drive us to become Proud or self centered. If we become proud we become arrogant and ill treat others and with the result we lose track of our goal. I normally keep a goal even in this forum -- yes I must be able to answer -- discussions today and once that is over I stop so that the interests are retained. Anything done routinely becomes dull and uninteresting and that is the reason why many employees in government departments or banks -- they become less effective --due to repeated operation. At least in Mylot u get different type of questions -- there is variety. One day u can answer these topics and another day different topics. There is variety for us here. Obviously I motivate myself to be busy and make ourselves useful to others. have a good day.
