Eating chips + soda drinks + chocolates = my lunch!

I am addicted to junk foods and soda and sweet foods luckily I am not fat. I prefer eating those than a heavy meal. I know that it's not good but I can't help my self not to eat it for one day. I've tried it once, but the more I want to stop this kind of habit the more I crave from it. Can you help me what to do.

try to eat some fruits whenever you want to eat junk foods.i did this and it worked for me. i used to enjoy chips too,but now i just think that kind of food freaky 'cause i had gained much weight as a result of eating too much of it.i enjoy apples very much now!

Why dont you try to eat french fries and fruits instead of chips and chocolates then fresh pineapple juice instead of soda drinks this is what i eat during lunch i would suggest you this kind of food hope i could helped... good luck!

Best way I can recommend is not buying them at all, because having them in the house means easy access and easy to pick them up and eat them. Try buying some healthier food. It may not be harming you now but it's continual use will cause all sorts of things like weight gain, pimples and high cholesterol just to name a few.

try to eliminate it GRADUALLY..try to lessen your junk food intake every day. say you eat junk foods 5times a day. try to reduce it to 4times a day. then thrice, then twice, then once a day..until you get used to it. plus, think of the possible illnesses that you can get with too much junk foods. keep enjoying it and you'll suffer the consequences in the end.
