adsense problem

I've joined google adsense from last year. But recently I checked my adsense account it have been blocked and I recieve the pin number from google adsense today. What should I do now? Is that anyone of you facing this problem before? What is the solution?

Hi there,
There should be a message as to why it is blocked. Hard to say without the message. Could it be that you have not submitted it to be crawled and or was it suspended. Do come back with the message and perhaps we can help further.
