Hi there, Depends on how sever and or if it is just a few. For starters you should definitely watch oily and fatty foods as they do contribute to causing the facial skin to be oily. I would also make sure to wash and cleanse your face with a good astringent which will help open pores and prevent them from being clogged. If the problem is severe I would contact a dermatologist who can advise further.

Hi there, I used to get one to two every week and on my chin, for years. I finally started using Acne-Free which has Benzoyl Peroxide and I use it like 3 times a week to specifically cleanse my face. It has been over a year and finally sign of them. So I suggest anything with the Benzoyl peroxide and don't use it everyday as it can dry your face. I would say only 2-3 times a week.

Well, first and foremost, you cannot stop pimples because they're in your genes. However, you can avoid the marks and excessive oily face by proper pampering of the skin. I will not advise you any product because each skin type is different. I would suggest however, that you go to a dermatologist and have your skin tested instead of you experimenting on it like it was a labrat for research - that is actually dangerous and could ruin your face for life. My brothers and I also suffered from pimples in our teens to early 20's. My dad had severe acne while my mom didn't, so we got the gene from our dad's side of the family. My dad tried every brand of expensive beauty product and it just made his acne worst, which was why when we had our turn he sent us to the dermatologist. Now I'm in my 30's, nobody could ever imagine that I was once attacked by pimples to acne. So, go to a dermatologist, let that be her/his problem. Just keep your face clean and avoid using make-up and at least wash your face twice or thrice a day or more if needed. On the other hand, you mentioned you were from the Philippines and now have gone somewhere else, perhaps your skin is still adjusting to the seasons. Have a great MyLot experience!

Yes, I do agree with you. Cora, it will be better if you see a specialist, a dermatologist. Then if after seeing her and you still have that same problem, look for a second opinion of another doctor. Laydee has suggested the best possible remedy, I think!

avoid oily and fatty foods, eat more fruits and raw vegetables, Wash your face regularly with lukewarm water, drink tomato juice, yes tomato juice can get rid of pimples. change your pillow cases every three days. I know that will increase your laundry bills but its going to be better for your face. Also always try to have more sleep, try to relax, stress gives us pimples.

Hello sis! Oh, that's sad! But don't worry too much. You know, stress can only worsen your feeling. Maybe your skin is still adjusting to the climate there. You're not alone in your problem. I have read that some people encounter the same problem when they transfer from one place to another due to changes in the environment. Many different factors maybe affecting your skin. So it's best that you consult a skin specialist for the best solution. For the meantime, try to use non-irritating, scent-free, soap-free facial cleanser. I am using cetaphil for my face now. Or you can opt for Physiogel, whichever is available in your place. Stay as sexy and pretty always, hot mom!
