Who has the lamest mutant ability among the X-men?

The X-men character with the lamest mutant power would be Cyclops. Why? Because his ability can do nothing but shoot out energy blasts, any powerful laser beam can equal that for sure. And consider this, no matter how trained Cyclops is, he never came to a point of mastery over this mutant ability, he is so dependent on his special goggles in controlling his eye beam. So when he looses his goggles, he either becomes very destructive or a blind helpless mutant. Now, who do you think can beat Cyclops in this category?
