hi,
my regular work is an encoder and sales processing team,so we usually encode those new application for a wireless telephone here in the Philippines,so my sideline is i will search people who are interested to have this wireless phone and i will sell it to the agent,and when there application is successfully posted,then they will pay me as the rate of there payment rate that usually Php.500 per application.

So how do you manage your sideline? I mean are you also doing that during office hours or when you get home you are still working? What are the other benefits have you gotten when you are doing the sideline?
