in work would you like to be near in your house or far in your house?and why?
do you think its more better to work near in your house rather than far in your house?why?
finally,i already know where would i deploy in my current work now,and im so glad because i was assigned to the main office which is near to my house(one ride only)and within 15 minutes i could be there in my work,its an advantage to me because i can save more money to spend on my transportation,but i noticed that some of my co-worker would like to be far in there house than to be near and i dont know there reason why.

Hi asliah,
I prefer to be nearer. Time and distance are the factor that you can save if you are working near. A lot of your time will be saved and can be used in some productive ways to do if you live nearer to your workplace. Also, you can avoid traffic jam and get up on bed not so early to prepare for your stuff. You will not in a hurry if you get up late because it is just a few minutes away to travel. Other people find that working nearer to your workplace is boring. For me, this is my choice.

I prefer to work near our house. That way i can save fare for only walking or by having a one ride to the office and I will also not wake up too early so as not to be late. I have had 2 jobs already that are both near my house so being late was never a problem for me. I have had a work were it was too far from home, I had to quit it for it's really hard for me to travel for too long.

Well right now, due to this is the job I have had since before we bought the house we are paying on now, I work about 40 mins. or so from my house. It would be really nice to be able to get something closer due to the high price of gas, but have not been able to find anything out there yet. Sometimes still you have to go to where the jobs are at, and the money is at, and just Trust god to see you thru. But to work closer to home seems like a more ideal thing for sure.

I would LOVE for my job to be closer to me than it is. But it isn't. I drive about 50 minutes each way to and from work. But, it's actually not that bad. I break up my trip and have some time in the morning to wake up and have down time after work. One of the main negatives about driving that far is the gas prices. It's a good thing that I love my job...

I would definitely love to work near my house. Working itself is already depressing,and it gets even more depression knowing that we have to wake up earlier just because we need extra time to travel to work.
Our moods will definitely be lifted if we live near home because we travelling, especially if we are taking public transport.
Furthermore, if our office is near our house, we'll be able to save on transport cost too.
Asliah, i too wonder why would people want to work far away from their house?

that depends...Living near to workplace is very conventient,so that we can spend less time on the way...
but work is just work,it's part of the life,not all the life...so we don't have to live near workplace..we can choose one place which we can live more comfortable,not just convientant...
For me, I like the far place..

Like you, I would prefer to be near. I have been working at the airport for more than three years now, and I live in Cavite. It's about an hour away, average. An hour and a half if I take public transport, but I can make it in about 45 minutes when I drive. Gas prices are crazy though, so I take the bus more often than I drive. Sometimes I think about just renting an apartment, but I like the comfort of my own home. I have thought so many about just looking for closer work, but salary here in Cavite is lower. Plus, there aren't a lot of jobs that I like here.

I would prefer to live near my house that way I wouldnt have to drive far to get to get to work which also means that I dont have to get up extra early to make sure I am at work on time. But the ways things are with the economy and jobs, shoot I would work anywhere as long as its not outside of the city.

Hi asliah, how i wish i work in a place near where i live. You are right, it is more convenient because travel time is shorter, and we can save on our transportation expenses. Besides, we can go home early too and e can have more time with our family. If our job is tiresome, we could also rest longer.
Maybe your office mates who prefer living far from the office wants to travel longer. Or maybe they just don't want to go home early. I am just unfortunate that my workplace is three rides from my house and i have to allot two hours for travel.

Working near your house is much better because you can save time, energy and money. My recent work was a 30 minute travel from my house. I save in terms of fare because I make the two ride travel a one ride travel. I see to it that I walk everyday to the public terminal as a form of saving and exercise as well. I also once had a job which is a one to two hour travel from home including traffic and I don't how but on my personal preference I enjoyed it more. Why? It's because I was able to know the place unlike if you are near that you don't know any other place but the ones near you.

I would not like to have a job that is located far from my living place. Of course, it is good that one does not have to spend much money to get to the work place. I had a job I could get by bus in half an hour. I like that if I wish I can walk home on foot and enjoy the nice weather.
