Euro Ptc - Why this happens?

In todays ptc world, the ptc site which pays in USD remains stable ( although there are scams ). But in case of PTC sites which pays in euro currency does not remains stable , even 95% of the sites goes unstable when compares to the ptc sites that pays in US DOLLARS.
Can any one judge any reason for this?

well that depends on the budget or deposit made by the administrator of the site for paying. If he/she got many 444(profit) The admin will surely continue his/her business but once the money/deposit is gone without gaining profit. The admin wil now make his site scam

I would say that it occurs just as much for sites that pay in USD, but there are just many more sites that pay in USD than in Euros. Simply because of this difference in numbers, especially those who are interested in those sites that do pay in Euros, we are going to hear more about those that are paying in USD. The percentage is probably the same, but there are just less sites that start by paying in Euros.
