Do you do "Lazy" Excercises?

That's what I call them. The stretches you can do while sitting at your desk. The lazy strolls through downtown streets in the evening. Or laundry, sorting and folding. If the basket is on the floor and you bend down to get things, you can do squats each time. How about you? do you have any Lazy Excercises?

i walk a distance to and from the office. it's not that i want to, but there's no other choice. lol. the bus ride is in long intervals. so instead of waiting, i just walk. i just console myself that its a good exercise. and i don't mind it at all.

I like walking, so it's hard for me to consider it an actual "excercise". I do know that if I don't get out and take a walk every day, I don't sleep as well, for the little bit of sleep I do get anyway. I bet there are alot of lazy excercises you could do on a bus ride. Arm stretches, toe flexes, probably like the same kind you could do at a desk.

I get out of bed, sometimes I do a couple sit ups first, does that count?
