I have been into earning online for three years now and I haven’t tried being an affiliate yet. Since there’s no one to guide me I’d rather not risk my time and effort for that. I have stumbled upon numerous sites too and still just by reading didn’t convince me to try. I just can’t understand how’s it being done as an affiliate to that site. It mentioned too about having a link and still I don’t get the mechanics. Do I need to sell actual products and do it online or do I just need to promote the links and if there’s someone who will buy that then my payments are done? I really do have loads of questions here about being an affiliate. I am willing to spare a lot of time and diligence if these tasks are worth sacrificing for. I have uploaded an ebook too but those are just words and I still can’t figure things out. I am craving for some one who will coach me the blow by blow accounts. I perceived myself as assiduous and hard working when in terms of money making so my referrer won’t have a bit of regrets. Please help.

Owlwings just gave you a very clear and concise description on what an affiliate marketer is, I hope that gives you a clear mindset now Flagella. Just take note on the part that 'affiliate marketing puts up a lot of hard work, specially in giving out good related content of a specific product or niche... and the result or success of your hard work will take up time, maybe a year or more, some people (with luck) gets good result in 6-8 months. A lot of people don't like this kind of online business because they want fast money... if you don't have the patience, this might not work on you. Personally, this is the kind of business I want to learn so eagerly...
