obesity

i was very lean and skinny but now i have gained a lot. sometimes it looks good when we were traditional dresses like sarees but in western outfit it doesn't suits. what should i do to get rid of the obesity. infact i do yoga for this but whenever i stopped yoga again i start gain weight.

Hi there, Sounds like that when you are continuously doing the yoga you can loose weight and maintain. This is good. So my suggestion is that begin again with the Yoga and get to your ideal weight. Then modify and change your eating habits, cut down a bit on the high caloric foods, drink lots of water and instead of doing yoga start walking, but do so consistently. Like 30 minutes per day and or at least 3 times a week. This way you are still at your ideal weight, are able to eat well and are still burning calories. Good luck and cheers to healthy living.

Oh hello! I have the same problem and have begun to reduce food also do exercises.During the day they do not know if it will help me but I started and waiting for the resultto come. But the smart decision if you can go to the gym for a short time there will come back on form.Good luck friend!

How I started to lose weight I keep a log of what I eat and how many calories and carbs it is and I try not to go over a certain amount. Then I walk to burn calories. I have lost about 55 lbs so far.
