what good way to get referrals to all sorts of sites?

How do you guys get refferals for sites? i just put them up on my youtube channel and even with hundreds of views on the video made especially for the site iv only got one with that methode.

Hi! I really don't know too, i think that i need to know friends that want to win some money too, but i never found one, they said: Work for months for win a few dollars??. Anyway, i guess you need to find someone who wants to win some money. Hope that i will find one someday! Have a nice day!
