oDesk is a very legitimate site where you can be assured that you will be paid for jobs done for employers. But before you get a project though, much is required from you.If your are asian , you might have to work on a graveyard shift. There is stiff competition there, and usually the employer will hire the lowest bidder. I have not tried rent a coder, that is new to me and I am interested, I might check it out later and see if it is for me. I cannot work on a graveyard shift and I am also busy with my business during the daytime. And of course I am very active at mylot. But I will check it out.Might be worth my time. (^_^)

Appreciate your views on Odesk, but whats my question is how to short list simple projects , like data entry, data processing etc, and identify potential good clients, bid for projects, preparing a profile to impress the client etc. I need help, guidance in these areas. please.

From a certain site alone I have made $600! It's a writing website (I won't name it here so I don't break the rules), but it is very lucrative -- especially in the long run!! Send me a personal message if you want to know more (I don't want to be breakin' the rules! lol) :D
