I have a friend who sees the color red as black. He has been my friend for a long time and I didn't know that until lately that he is color blind. From the time I knew it, I always ask him the colors around us, and true enough he has difficulty in discerning colors. And I found out that more men are colorblind than women. I didn't know that one out of twelve men are color blind. I've read about this illness and knew that they see red and green colors like as grey. Surely that they have difficult to get a job, but on the article says that they adjust to their condition in order to live a normal life.

Yes, those who are colorblind can adjust to their conditions, but as to the jobs, they cannot have a career which is focused on differentiating colors such as stated in the article. Actually, many colorblinded persons does not even know they are colorblind.
