Psychopaths are people with no sense of compassion to their victims/other people or living thing. Not all are criminals yet they all suffer from inability to feel anything towards others. Or mostly animals.
But they do get excited in sometimes inhuman treatment of others thus mostly causes to most of them to defile human body and make criminals of themselves.
As I have read in some definitions of Psychopaths that are available in books and on the internet, truly a physical component is present.
A certain lack of a specific part of the brain that controls emotion is lacking in most of the clinically observed psychopaths and leading to these hideous behaviors. So I conclude that this is not only a mental issue but more of a physical one.
Do you think they could be cured or science can formulate someday something that could be added to their brain that can make them feel any emotion at all?

Psychopaths are not necessarily physically incomplete. There are cases of them having been through the experience, resulting them in becoming like that. Most people might recover from that trauma along with time, but there will be some whom appears to have recover, when in fact they are not. In the harsh reality of life, stress, impression from others often causes great pressure on us. With that, psychopaths has to appear normal, but not mentally. There's solution for sure, when they are able to let go of their trauma.

I don't think that there will ever be a way that a person that becomes a psychopath can be cured. The reason that I think this is because yes, there is a part of their brain that is missing, but I think that the thing that makes these people snap is because of some sort of abuse that they face during the course of their lives. Unless you are able to completely get rid of abuse, then there will be no way to cure.
