One of the most feared animals known to man are also one of the most hunted by some of the people that are not afraid. Crocodiles had been on this earth as long as the turtles, the cockroaches, and dinosaurs. These creatures have learned to adopt to the new world conquered by man and survived to live amongst us yet after making that extreme effort to remain as a species feared by men. They are also adored by others in the fashion world that revolves around shoes, belts, wallets, etcetera and they are becoming a major commodity and thus the hunt for this animals profitable assets begin and leading to the decline of its numbers in the wild. They are also eaten and some exotic restaurants cater for their meats. Though they look mean and would definitely eat you if their hungry, I would say, humans should have left these dino like creatures alone.

Crocodiles are strong reptiles. They are tough because they have survived centuries and even thousands of years. While crocodiles are meat eaters, we can't blame them for wanting to live. They are like humans, eat to live. They feed on humans, or other animals, while humans feed on animals. It's a cycle isn't it? Crocodiles should be left alone because they are really nice creatures, unique looking.

Countries that have no protection laws for their wildlife will loose that wildlife and quite frankly, most of the population in those countries couldn't care less, especially if some of those species interfeer with their life. Crocodiles are farmed in many countries for their skin and meat just the same as cows and pigs. In these cases, fashion has no impact on the wild population and indeed can help restore the wild population if they are attacked by a natural disease.

Yes indeed. It's not fair for the crocodiles to get slaughtered just by Selfish Money Devils. They should remain in the wild, If such actions continue then we can only see crocodiles on books and internet in the near future. It same goes with the elephants and other wild animals.
