Uncontrollable Bowel Movement w/ Abdominal Cramping and Cannot go to CR?!?

You know that feeling where your abdominal muscles cramp like you have diarrhea and you can feel you are going to have a bowel movement, a loose one, and you just cannot find a way to go to the bathroom. Maybe you are in a middle of a very important meeting or in a place where a comfort room is not accessible or just any reason that you cannot really go to toilet.
Have you ever guys experienced this? You feel really terrible and just cannot help it and pray to god it does not outburst?...

Yes what you are describing is Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
I have had it since they diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia.
I have public restrooms picked out in stores no matter where I go so I know I can get to a bathroom fast.
Unfortunately I have not always been lucky.
IBS is more common than people think.
I actually thought I was going to have to get depends and wear but I refuse to do that so I have some overnight pads if I go out on a day I feel it could happen.
Yes its a very uncomfortable position to be in.
