What Inspires You?

Maybe one or more of these: a self-fulfilling career, a happy family, a brilliant book, a magnificent painting, an awesome waterfall, a fun-filled vacation, an enthralling walk in a dewy meadow on sunrise. It may also be a leisurely stroll on a white, powdery beach where cold ripples tickle your feet, followed by a sublime, spectacular sunset over a breezy sea. Or, the genuine love of a spouse, of a fiance or fiancee, or of a true friend. Everyone truly needs an inspiration. Something to motivate him or her to live another day, to fight one more round, so to speak, and to reach a dream. Christian today also find inspiration in the things mentioned above and even more, for there are other things that inspire them as taught in the Bible. God's people are always inspired and enthusiastic in serving and worshiping Him. "Those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength." And though life on earth is a harrowing voyage, "they will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." (Isa.40:31, New Int'l Version)

Often meet people who inspire you in life, moments that make you float, words that open your mind and soul, the wonders of the world, evil grotesque images, diaphanous wings of angels, good and evil ... I often think you know who around and stick your poor perception disappointed over the other ... life is a big mystery that only the voice of divinity can speak and imitate, just as hell can crumble even here, the thin movie that separates the absolute nothingness, the earth ....

Life has its own way of making us smile even when we want to give up and lose hope because certain surprises come our way just when we thought we should never smile again. God's blessing may come as a surprise and how much we receive depends on how much our heart can believe. Good day!

What inspires others may not always work for everyone coz we are all uniquely different. As for me, what inspires me is when I feel that there's something I can contribute to whatever cause there may be at the moment. It can be an activity at church, or a friend needing help, or an idea for encouraging somebody. I guess everyone is created for a purpose and when life seems pointless, we need to reflect and evaluate why we are here. What are we created for? What talents we were blessed with? What we are, how we looked like, the skills we have and our unique personality was packaged together for a certain purpose. Be inspired to find out what it is!

I truly believed that no matter how formidable the odds may be, the true servants of God keep on trusting Him with their heartfelt conviction. And our being unique made us especial in the eyes of our Almighty God. Therefore we do not lose heart even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day....God bless us all!

I know that time will come independence will soon be asked from me by my kids and sure I will be living alone by that time and the only thing that inspires me is to devote the rest of my time in serving GOD, as for now I am cold and far away from HIM.

I was very sad my friend knowing you were cold and far away from God this time. Always remember the teaching instill in you by our Church Minister. God is loving as He is just. No one among His people should ever doubt. There are times when sufferings come as a punishment for sins committed instead of a way of testing one's faith. Man has only two ends to choose from punishment or blessing! For the wicked and those who abandon God's ways - punishment. Blessing, on the other hand, awaits the righteous. The latter is reflective of a happy existence, that which God wants us to choose. Problems may still persist though as the world may continue to sink with its weight, but God's people are not at all perturbed. Nor is their faith weakened. The source of their strength is the divine mandate, thus; "but if you pray to God and seek the favor of the Almighty, if you are pure and live with complete integrity, he will rise up and restore your happy home and though you started with little, you will end with much." I missed you and I love you, take care of yourself always pray to God please do attend church service in order to lighten whatever burden and suffering you were encountered. May God bless you always.

I am inspired daily by an aunt who is fighting a losing battle with cancer. The cancer is in her bloodstream and has landed in her brain. We learned recently that her doctors said her days are numbered. However, when we spoke with her on the phone, she was upbeat and said she wasn't "letting this thing get the best" of her. Her high spirits and belief in God have inspired me to make certain choices in my life. She is a wonderful, sweet person and believes that God will intervene. I can only pray that she is right once again. She has been fighting for three years, and He has intervened countless times.

A happy family, and a hard working individuals who will do his/her best to maintain this family, and a humble man from nothing to build something of his own. That is the inspiration I am searching for. I want to be something, and I don't want to live my life vain just like what I am now. Even though I will fail many times, but I still know it is worth the trying after all.

I truly believed that mistakes make us realize what we had, what we have lost and what we have taken for granted. They make us realize that sometimes there are no "next time" no "time outs" and no "second chances." But life is a "work in progress" as long as we live, we have every chance to correct our ways. We may never get the same opportunity again, but there's always something better through God blessing for us. God bless us all...............

My parents and my sisters inspire me a lot and encourage me every time I am upset. They are the reason for my happiness and for me to be active too. God is no where other than in the form of people who inspire us and give us hope that life has got much to do. Sometimes we can't ourselves inspire us and we require a push and that is given by my parents for me.

Hi there!
Many things inspire me. These are the family who I love very much, my best friend, my friends who never fail to believe in me, my relatives who stick with me no matter what. Of course God inspires me, too, as His love is the most unconditional out of all.
As for the things, a finely written piece of literature or a greatly cooked meal inspire me to do better. I also love seeing the sunset. It's such a magnificent view and it reminds me that things will get better eventually. I also get my inspiration from successful people who are also my role models.

i agree with you my friend, we are inspired for those things around us, that God made especially for us. One thing Ive got to learn is that no person is better than the other.Some are blessed with knowledge, some with good looks, some with strength and some with unique gift from God that they have yet to find out. the essence of being is not your "RANK" or " GREATNESS" but being who GOD made you to be radiantly beautiful inside. Thanks God for the His wonderful creation. God bless us all!

Having a happy family inspires me. I have a 2 year old daughter, a 4 year old disabled son and a 16 year old son. My traveling to different places inspires me. Earlier this year I traveled to the Caribbean coast of Colombia. Last year I went to Vancouver and had an amazing time. The year before I traveled to Cape Town and the Garden Route. Writing and reading can be really inspiring in my experience. Good luck.

You are right aerous, there are times that we have encountered many troubles, sufferings and pains but God created those to test our faith in him and to make us more strong to face and to struggle more in life. And we must always remember in all sufferings we encountered God always at our side he never leave us. God bless us all!

I am inspired by many things and ideas in my life. Often it can be the smallest of things like a smile or compliment from a child. Sometimes it can be how the sun greets the day or watching a gentle rain fall. i never know what may inspire me next.@gelayagui98 (1336)
