Never crave for recognisation

Such people that you said can be found all over the place.It is inconstancy as to human relationships.Just as the saying is,laugh and the world laughs with you ;weep,and you weep alone.It is not worthwhile getting angry with them for that.We had better give a wide berth to them.

Yes. it is true -It is best and advisable to do our duties ethically and sincerely. --In this regard I would recall a story from Mahabharatha--it goes like this -- Krishna asked Dharma to go outside and find out how many bad people are there in the world -- He returned and sais "Krishna, I do not find any bad people in this world. Everybody is good to me". Next Krishna told Duryodhana "Please go and tell me how many bad people and good people are there among the people you meet today?" Duryodhana returned in the evening and said "Hey Krishna, you see in the outside world I find every fellow is a wicked fellow. All are bad people only". the story is told to groups to emphasise on the importance of perception -- If u look at others with good views they will be good otherwise they will be bad. for me it has been so throughout my career. some how I was quite comfortable with my subordinates --I use to do whatever they ask within the budget. Whereas I use to have difficulties with my bosses. It happens. My view -- there may be 10% selfish paople in the world and the balance 90% must be good people like mylottians. have a very good day.
