What project can i suggest to my dean (Information Technology)

Hi, I'm an IT student and I have a practicum that i need to finish within a month(this month.. or else i'm in jeopardy). The problem is that we should provide her with suggestions that we can do as a completion to the practicum. An application(or something related) that the dean can use. 3 days have passed and i still don't have an idea. What do you think I can do(that I can finish within a month)?
