They are heading straight into Clint getting a transplant of Mathew's heart. The only surprise at this point would be if they don't do that. All the soaps find a way to repeat in some form what anther soap has done not too long ago. In this case it is similar to Victor getting Colleen's heart on The Young and the Restless.

I said yesterday that was going to happen. But don't understand why they would let Clint live since OLTL is going off the air in January.

and Kendall getting her brother's heart....
They all steal stories from each other. How many people on Y$R had surgery to look like somebody else, and now AMC is doing it...

Yes, I think that is the way they are going to go. I find it odd that they are killing off the character of Matthew. I mean Bo and Nora are one of the biggest couples (I don't care for them, but many do) to ever be on One Life to Live. I wouldn't think they would get rid of their child.
